Renee brings a deep passion for hospitality to every aspect of Perch. With years of experience in the private hospitality space, Renee has curated countless memorable gatherings and events. A Boston College graduate with deep roots in Boston and Cape Cod, she is driven by a love for the region's rich history and vibrant food traditions. Renee's dedication to crafting meaningful experiences is evident in every detail of Perch, consistently going above and beyond to ensure everyone feels genuinely welcome and and personally cared for.
Sam Okrasinski
Chef de Cuisine
Sam brings a fresh, nuanced perspective to Perch. She holds a Master’s Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and her academic insight and integrity with hands-on experience creates menus that are intentional and nourishing. Her background in the private chef world spans the South End and Nantucket, where she's crafted intimate, high-touch dining experiences tailored to each client. Having previously cooked in the very space that is now Perch, Sam returns with a personal connection to the kitchen and community. She brings a warm, grounded joy of sharing a meal.
Meegan Minahan
Sous Chef
Sous Chef Meegan Minahan loves food. She was raised in a family of chefs. She worked as a fishmonger on Cape Cod. She is creating a name for herself in the culinary community. Working alongside Chef Sam - both in the space that is now Perch, and for private events - Meegan is developing a dynamic approach to an intimate dining scene. When you sit and eat at Perch, rest assured, Meegan has helped shape the experience.
